उदयपुर। आयकर विभाग की एक दर्जन से अधिक टीमों ने गुरूवार को शहर के छ: बड़े प्रोपर्टी डीलरों के घरों और प्रतिष्ठानों पर एक साथ छापामार कार्यवाही शुरू की। जहां से आयकर विभाग को करोड़ों की बेनामी सम्पति मिलने की संभावना है।
मिली जानकारी के अनुसार आयकर विभाग की एक दर्जन से अधिक टीमों गुरूवार सुबह शहर के छ: प्रतिष्ठित प्रोपर्टी डीलरों के निवास स्थानों पर अल सुबह रेड मारी। आयकर विभाग अधिकारियों व कर्मचारियों की टीमों ने छ: बड़े प्रोपर्टी ग्रुप के निदेशकों के शोभागपुरा, मीरानगर, नवरत्न कॉम्पलेक्स, न्यू केशव नगर, सविना दुर्गा नर्सरी रोड़ पर निवास पर सुबह करीब 6 बजे दबिश दी। विभाग की अन्य टीमों ने छहों ग्रुप के अन्य ठिकानों पर भी दबिश दी। टीमों ने यहां पर जाते ही सर्च अभियान शुरू कर दिया। साथ ही इनके प्रतिष्ठानों पर भी दस्तावेजों की जांच शुरू कर दी है।
सूत्रों के अनुसार एक ग्रुप ने हाल मेें कुंभलगढ़ में करीब 100 करोड़ रूपए का एक रिसोर्ट बेचा है। तब से ये आयकर विभाग की नजर में थे। इन ग्रुपों के निदेशकों के निवास व प्रतिष्ठानों के बाहर पुलिस मौजूद है। इन ग्रुपों के डायरेक्टारों से फाइनेंस और प्रॉपर्टी को लेकर पूछताछ की जा रही है। ऐसा अनुमान लगाया जा रहा है कि इन सभी ग्रुप के यहां से करोड़ों की बेनामी सम्पति मिलने की उम्मीद है और यह कार्यवाही शुक्रवार को भी जारी रहने का अनुमान है।
प्रोपर्टी व्यवसायियों में हड़कंप, हुए भूमिगत
जानकारी के अनुसार शहर में जैसे ही शहर में प्रोपर्टी व्यवसायियों पर इंकम टैक्स के छापों की जानकारी शहर में लोगों को मिली तो अन्य प्रोपर्टी व्यवसायियों में हड़कंच मच गया और नामचीन प्रोपर्टी डीलर भूमिगत हो गए है। साथ ही शहर के अन्य प्रोपर्टी डीलरों गुरूवार को अपने प्रतिष्ठान भी नहीं खोले है और अपने सूत्रों से इन दोनों ग्रुप के यहां पर चल रही कार्यवाही पर नजर रख रहे है।
एससी एसटी की जमीनों का है मामला
आयकर विभाग की रेड एससी एसटी की जमीनों को लेकर है। जानकारी के अनुसार उदयपुर के आस-पास अधिकांश जमीन एससी एसटी की जमीनें है और इन प्रोपर्टी डीलरों ने सारी जमीनों को एससी एसटी के नाम से ही खरीद रखी है और इनके सारे दस्तावेज अपने पास रखे हुए है। हाल में ही रजिस्ट्रार कार्यालय में जिस तरह से गरीब आदिवासी के नाम से करोड़ों की जमीन खरीदी है, तब से ही आयकर विभाग के कान खड़े हो गए और विभाग इन पर नजर रखे हुए था। बताया जा रहा है कि शहर के आस-पास की अरबों रूपए की जमीनों का गरीब आदिवासियों के नाम से खरीदने से आयकर विभाग विशेष नजर रखे हुए है।
